2. Business Protection Services

2.1 Scope of Services

EnterpriseWard offers a range of business protection services designed to safeguard your organization against threats, ensure compliance and maintain continuity.

2.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if no service modules have been delivered. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and credits are issued via the original payment path. Services may be transferred to another date at no extra cost if requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start.

2.3 Non-Refundable Services

Certain rapid-response and on-site support packages are non-refundable due to immediate resource commitment. These items are clearly marked at the time of selection and require written confirmation.

3. Information Products

3.1 Digital Content Delivery

Information products, such as downloadable guides and reports, are delivered electronically upon purchase.

3.2 Refund Policy

Digital products may be refunded within 14 days if less than 20% of the material has been accessed. Approved refunds are issued within 7 days to the original payment path.

3.3 Access Transfer Restrictions

Access rights granted for information products are non-transferable once the download link has been activated.

4. Goods

4.1 Shipping and Inspection

Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Clients should inspect items upon arrival and report any issues within 5 days.

4.2 Refund and Replacement

If a good is defective or not as described, clients may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. EnterpriseWard will provide a pre-paid shipping label for items to be sent back. Refunds or replacement shipments are arranged within 10 days of receiving goods sent back.
